7. 段ボール紙リサイクル用D型連続ハイドロパルパーシステム
D型ハイドロパルパーは、既存の伝統的なパルパーをベースに、海外の先進技術を参照して設計されています。主な特徴は、ボルトローターがオフセットされており、紙材料がローターに接触する速度と頻度が高くなることです。従来のハイドロパルパーは、障害のない渦流を発生させ、パルプは螺旋軌道に従って合流部から中央のローターに移動します。D型ハイドロパルパーはこの流れモードを変更し、紙材料がローターに接触する速度を速め、電力と容積を増やさずに、紙材料から解繊プロセスまでの時間を短縮できます。生産能力を向上させます。
D型ハイドロパルパーには、通常、ロープウィンチとセトラーが装備されています。ロープツイスターは、プラスチック包装袋、ロープの端、鉄線などの帯状の絡み合った不純物を除去できます。ロープツイスターの推奨モデルはZTS1です。タンクの底には長方形の開口部があります。口は沈殿槽に接続され、その後、不純物分離機によってプラスチック分離機などの軽い不純物が除去され、連続生産が達成されます。沈殿槽の底に堆積した重い破片は定期的に排出されます。この開口部には、間欠生産用の重質スラグ収集タンクを装備することもできます。
